Stroynovatsiya Launches Construction of Two Oil Pump Stations at VSTO-2

Based on tender results, Stroynovatsiya won lots No. 11-DSD/I/2-2010 "Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean Pipeline System, segment from Skovorodino Oil Pump Station to Kozmino Specialized Oil-Loading Seaport (VSTO-2), Oil Pump Station No. 24 with No Tank Farm," and No. 12-DSD/I/2-2010 "Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean Pipeline System, segment from Skovorodino Oil Pump Station to Kozmino Specialized Oil-Loading Seaport (VSTO-2), Oil Pump Station No. 27 with No Tank Farm." The two pump stations will be located in Amur Oblast. Reported by INFOLine IA (www.ADVIS.ru).
"Our company's primary task will be to do as much initial construction work as possible on the oil pump stations during the summer. Construction and installation will be conducted at the two stations in separate spreads, i.e., concurrently. We plan to complete all the work in 14-16 months," said company Director General Sergey Velichko.
We should recall that OJSC AK Transneft subsidiary Far East Construction Management, LLC, signed a contract with Stroynovatsiya in February 2010 for construction and installation work on 514 kilometers of line pipe in the segment between the Skovorodino Oil Pump Station and the Kozmino Specialized Oil-Loading Seaport (from 2891 km through 3405 km).
Work under the contract is in progress according to an approved production schedule.
